Project Summary - ML Studios Media Initiative
The General Project is the foundation of the ML Studios Media Initiative. It powers both:
- The Business: publishing blogs, media, and affiliate content for sustainable revenue.
- The Initiative: training students on real projects, preparing them for workforce opportunities, and providing them a path to become Technology, Design, or Marketing admins.
This project functions as both an operational hub and a teaching model, giving clients and schools a transparent view into how ML Studios operates while creating real deliverables that drive value.
Objectives
- Operate the business + initiative as one ecosystem.
- Provide a core example project that clients and schools can observe and participate in.
- Repurpose work into publishable content for marketing and training.
- Create a clear path from intern → track admin.
- Maintain strong communication and community through client dashboards and group pages.
- Keep a profitable cadence through consistent publishing and media production.
Deliverables
Deliverables are organized into three tracks — Technology, Design, and Marketing. Each deliverable is a specific, measurable outcome, and all training sessions/classes are based on these deliverables.
Technology
- Set up a crowdfunding platform (platform TBD).
- Refresh affiliate program integrations (Amazon, PartnerStack, etc.).
- Configure AI engagement integration (Motion + Zapier).
- Publish blog posts to Wix.
- Post community updates in Wix.
- Create booking slots for new client projects.
- Create client dashboards (Notion).
- Create project dashboards (Notion).
- Create intern/staff dashboards (Notion).
- Add interns/staff to community groups and booking calendars.
Design
- Create social graphics (posts and stories).
- Create initiative flyers/handouts.
- Edit session recordings into finished clips.
- Create short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Create training/educational videos.
Marketing
- Write monetized blog posts (affiliate/SEO focus).
- Schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
- Manage social media engagement (responding to comments and messages).
- Manage Wix community engagement (Q&A, updates, resources).
- Review AI engagement (adjust tone, prompts, and settings).
Bookings
Deliverables are grouped into bookings (classes/sessions). Each booking is organized by track (Technology, Design, or Marketing) and scheduled as:
- One-Time (setup/foundation)
- Recurring (weekly cycles)
- Triggered (event-based, such as onboarding a new client or intern)
This ensures consistency while keeping flexibility for custom client and intern needs. Bookings may be adjusted in length or scope based on time values to ensure efficiency, but the deliverables listed above are the foundation of what will always be covered.

Community & Dashboards
- Each client receives a private community group (Wix) for updates, booking schedules, and resources.
- Dashboards (Notion) are created for clients, projects, and interns/staff to centralize work and communication.
- Public opportunities and updates are shared to the ML Studios public community for visibility and transparency.
Policies & Notes
- Cancellations/Changes: Bookings are scheduled seasonally. At least one month’s notice is requested for changes, with credits or adjustments applied.
- Privacy & Discounts: Projects can be private or public. Public-facing projects may receive discounts and allow content to be repurposed by ML Studios.
- Sponsorships: Clients may sponsor course materials, bookings, newsletters, and the ML Studios website for additional visibility.
- Startup Seasons: Fall/Winter 2025 serve as startup seasons. Official launch is Spring 2026.
